Hublot Retail Training Manager

- Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Design and deliver training programs including brand knowledge, sales, and watchmaking using diverse methods such as classroom, e-learning, and workshops.
- Align training strategy with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Develop and manage the annual training calendar, coordinating with department managers for global coverage.
- Lead engaging training sessions for boutiques and multibrand stores.
- Oversee the creation of training materials and ensure content is up-to-date in the Digital Training App.
- Monitor training needs and adjust according to business priorities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness via surveys and feedback, making necessary improvements.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure training impact and ROI.
- Support and coach the regional Training Community.
- Work with Local Retail and Boutique Managers to identify training needs.
- Collaborate with HQ, Markets, and HR to ensure consistency in training practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Proactively propose ideas to optimize training programs.
- 5+ years as a training manager or in a similar role, with proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Experience working in a market or boutique is a plus.
- International exposure and strong understanding of cultural differences.
- Fluency in English required, multilingual skills are a strong plus.
- Skilled in project management, communication, and relationship-building with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience motivating teams.
- Knowledge of instructional design and e-learning tools.
- Proactive, organized, result-driven, with a passion for luxury and talent development.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to change.
Minimum 5 years in a training manager role or similar, with a focus on designing and implementing training programs.
The role offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work, and involves travel approximately 40-50% of the time.
