- Oversee the management of the company's real estate, including three sites, and key internal services such as catering, childcare, and fitness.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure optimal infrastructure functionality.
- Lead and train teams responsible for general services and Building Information Management (BIM), integrating digital tools and building data.
- Implement proactive maintenance strategies based on structured technical data analysis.
- Manage contractor selection in line with Facility Management strategy and sustainable operational concepts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and infrastructure safety, defining site-specific security concepts.
- Anticipate energy transition challenges and lead compliance with evolving technical and legislative standards.
- Guarantee a healthy and safe work environment by identifying risks and ensuring preventive measures are applied.
- Optimize mobility management and indirect purchasing to align with operational efficiency goals.
- Conduct regular diagnostics, propose improvements, and implement them with a long-term strategic vision.
- Contribute to construction and renovation projects, ensuring security, general services, future maintenance, and real estate management requirements are integrated from the design phase.
- Master's degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and responsive.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
