Hublot Boutique Director

- Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
- Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
- Analyze reports and data to develop innovative ideas for local sales and business growth.
- Ensure brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
- Maintain daily display in accordance with Hublot guidelines and regular rotation.
- Focus team efforts on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and leadership in negotiation and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage VIP clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
- Ensure high-level after-sales service and communication with clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and propose strategies for key clients.
- Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
- Oversee boutique annual budget and ensure back office stock is replenished.
- Ensure boutique maintenance and work with internal and external vendors.
- Implement and maintain merchandising displays and strategies.
- Communicate with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding boutique operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on annual event plans and local advertising strategy.
- Ensure boutique Instagram account is updated per HQ guidelines.
- Participate in local networking events to build relationships and develop business.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the sales team.
- Provide regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies.
- Mentor Sales Associates in customer service and relationship management.
- Address employee issues and partner with HR as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience, primarily in luxury.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in the US or Canada retail market.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of POS systems and operations.
A minimum of 10 years in retail, with a focus on luxury, and at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
