1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Merchandise displays and maintain high standards within the store.
3. Provide high-quality customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone.
4. Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Capture client and potential client information to complete the CRM database.
10. Support Instagram posting for the boutique by creating content when needed.
11. Assist in opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
12. Provide in-store after-sales service, working with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with a focus on luxury.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
