1. Lead the Quality Department across various workshops including Component Control, Movements, and Watches.
2. Ensure product compliance with rigorous quality standards from production entry to exit.
3. Drive problem-solving initiatives within production workshops using QRQC methodologies.
4. Manage supplier quality, validate submissions, and oversee internal and external audit systems.
5. Oversee the quality process for watches in boutiques, ensuring market stock quality and technical updates.
6. Administer the department's budget and maintain quality documentation systems.
7. Manage quality indicators, KPIs, and dashboards for workshops.
8. Implement and monitor 5S methodologies and SPC in manufacturing.
9. Oversee metrology and continuous improvement processes.

1. Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking or high-quality industrial sector.

1. Strong managerial skills with the ability to unite teams.
2. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, QRQC, audits, and metrology.
3. Excellent understanding of ISO standards.
4. Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
5. Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
6. Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
7. Ability to implement innovative procedures and manage change.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the watchmaking or high-quality industrial sector.

Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
