1. Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and wishes.
3. Engage with clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
4. Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
5. Support the Sales Associates Team by scheduling appointments and customer visits.
6. Coordinate with Operations Teams to ensure delivery of online, after-sales service, and reservation orders.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
2. Fluency in Italian and English. A third language is an advantage.
3. Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
4. Willingness to work full-time hours.
