1. Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with clients.
3. Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, adhering to Hermès' visual merchandising standards.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
5. Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and assisting with replenishment.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Hermès brand.
3. Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
