- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and assisting with replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Hermès brand.
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
