- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
