1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique in Venice, ensuring alignment with Hermès' standards of excellence.
2. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
3. Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with Hermès' luxury products.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance store performance and customer engagement.
5. Maintain the visual merchandising standards in accordance with Hermès' brand guidelines.
6. Foster a positive and professional work environment, encouraging team development and growth.
