Hermès Store Manager

- Define and implement commercial strategies to enhance boutique performance and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Retail Director to ensure effective communication with headquarters regarding store and team development.
- Oversee buying strategies for the boutique's departments, supporting the team with market analysis and client feedback.
- Exemplify Hermès values and culture, fostering a positive team environment and promoting brand integrity.
- Lead recruitment strategies and manage the recruitment process in collaboration with HR.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs to support team development.
- Encourage the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and enhance client engagement.
- Supervise stock levels, inventory planning, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure accurate transaction processing and adherence to Hermès policies and procedures.
- Support internal audit processes and ensure team compliance with company procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics or management.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Extensive management experience, preferably in luxury retail, with international exposure considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Adaptability and situational intelligence.
- Customer service orientation and hospitality skills.
A robust career in management roles within luxury retail environments, with a preference for international experience.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics or management.
