Store Manager

1. Define the commercial strategy to improve boutique performance and track KPIs.
2. Liaise with the Retail Director for continuous information flow with HQ.
3. Manage buying for the boutique's departments and support the team in buying strategy.
4. Serve as a role model of Hermès values and culture for the team.
5. Facilitate communication about Hermès history and culture within the team.
6. Promote Hermès values in daily store activities and community engagement.
7. Define team management organization and ensure consistency.
8. Set recruitment strategy and manage the recruitment process.
9. Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
10. Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
11. Encourage the team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
12. Supervise stock levels and ensure health & safety compliance.
13. Ensure accurate transaction processing according to Hermès policies.
14. Facilitate and support Internal Audit interventions.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics or management.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
3. Strong career in management positions, preferably in luxury goods.
4. Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
