1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Hermès' brand ethos.

2. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A minimum of 1-2 years in luxury retail or a customer service role is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
