1. Advise and support customers on all product categories to satisfy clients’ needs and ensure a memorable omnichannel experience.
2. Provide storytelling about the brand history and product craftsmanship to develop client relationships and sales.
3. Support customers with information, including aftersales product care suggestions.
4. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.
5. Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.
6. Participate actively in customer events and animations.
7. Build solid product knowledge, staying updated with novelties, prices, and stock availabilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a fashion or linguistic focus.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
3. Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a fashion or linguistic focus.

Fixed-term contract estimated to last 6 months, with full-time working hours.
