Quality Control Supervisor

1. Manage quality control activities related to quality alerts and recalls.
2. Oversee damage, defective, and return flows from stores and customers.
3. Review and investigate defects and damages to determine reparability.
4. Train and communicate with third-party logistics on defect tolerances.
5. Advise on remedies for defective products.
6. Collaborate with the Aftersales team to ensure communication of quality alerts.
7. Coordinate with stakeholders on quality issues.
8. Supervise e-commerce delivery orders and return operations.
9. Assign outcomes to products in damage stockroom.
10. Manage claims from inbound flows and customers.
11. Conduct training and audits for third-party logistics providers.

1. Passionate about retail and luxury.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Aftersales Service or Customer Service, preferably in retail.
3. Highly organized, rigorous, and reliable.
4. Service and customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
5. Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
6. SAP experience is a bonus.
7. Fluency in English (written and oral).

18 months contract role with the possibility to commence from March 2025.
