Customer Service Intern

1. Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and wishes.
3. Engage with clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
4. Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
5. Support the Sales Associates Team by scheduling appointments and customer visits.
6. Coordinate with Operations Teams to ensure delivery of online, after-sales service, and reservation orders.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on linguistics or fashion/luxury.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
3. Willingness to work full-time hours.

1. Proficiency with Excel and IT tools.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
3. Team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously.
4. Flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-paced environment.
5. Professionalism, enthusiasm, and ease of integration and teamwork.

No specific experience required, but a passion for human values, retail, and a strong aesthetic sense is important.
