1. Extend a warm and hospitable greeting to clients upon arrival.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Engage with clients as they await assistance from the Sales Associate.
4. Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
5. Assist the Sales Associates Team by scheduling appointments and customer visits.
6. Coordinate with Operations Teams to ensure seamless online, after-sales service, and reservation order deliveries.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on linguistics or fashion/luxury.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
5. Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Commitment to human values, passion, and a strong aesthetic sense.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury retail fashion industry is essential.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
