Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and wishes.
- Engage with clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
- Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
- Support the Sales Associates Team by scheduling appointments and customer visits.
- Coordinate with Operations Teams to ensure delivery of online, after-sales service, and reservation orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on linguistics or fashion/luxury.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time hours.
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously.

Experience Requirements
No specific experience required, but a passion for human values, aesthetics, and retail is essential.
Education Requirements
