Hermès Welcomist Intern

- Extend a warm and hospitable greeting to clients upon arrival.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Engage with clients as they await assistance from the Sales Associate.
- Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
- Assist the Sales Associates Team by scheduling appointments and customer visits.
- Coordinate with Operations Teams to ensure seamless online, after-sales service, and reservation order deliveries.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on linguistics or fashion/luxury.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to human values, passion, and a strong aesthetic sense.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury retail fashion industry is essential.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
