Guerlain Production Manager — Perfumes

1. Manage and lead a multidisciplinary production team (~70 employees) including production, maintenance, packaging industrialisation and short‑term planning.
2. Ensure the safe operation of the site and strict compliance with quality standards across automated packaging lines and an artisanal workshop.
3. Plan, organise and allocate resources to meet production schedules while optimising operational costs and efficiencies.
4. Coordinate and oversee new product launches and the industrialisation of packaging solutions.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to organisational design and process optimisation projects.
6. Recruit, integrate, train and develop team members and maintain a positive working climate through effective listening, communication and leadership.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
2. Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial manufacturing with proven success in frontline management.
3. Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
4. Proven track record in production planning, quality and safety compliance.
5. Experience in new product introduction and continuous improvement is highly desirable.
