Guerlain HSE Engineer Apprentice

1. Support the update and maintenance of HSE documentation (DUERP, procedures, work instructions).
2. Contribute to risk-prevention and environmental actions, monitoring PDCA cycles and corrective plans.
3. Monitor and report on safety and environmental indicators/KPIs.
4. Participate in internal audits and field inspections (mini-checks, ISO 14001 audits, site visits).
5. Design and propose a governance/animation model for site safety referents.
6. Lead or co-facilitate safety awareness events and training (Safety Day, awareness workshops).
7. Deliver on-site safety trainings (QHSE topics, chemical risk, technical areas, evacuation, overhead handling).
8. Identify and propose environmental improvement initiatives (biodiversity, waste reduction, energy).
9. Support implementation of actions defined in the site's safety roadmap.

1. Enrolled in or accepted for a Master-level programme (HSE, QSE, Environmental Science or equivalent) with availability for a two-year alternance starting September 2026.
2. Knowledge of HSE regulations (occupational safety and environmental legislation).
3. Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies (DUERP, prevention plans) and ISO 14001 principles.
4. Proficient with office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and BI reporting tools.
5. Organised, rigorous, analytical, proactive with strong interpersonal skills and a safety-first mindset.
