Givenchy Stock Assistant

- Oversee the operational management of textile supplies and accessories, ensuring their reception, storage, organization, tracking, and availability for design and production teams.
- Conduct quality control upon the arrival of textile materials and maintain meticulous records in Excel.
- Organize materials systematically, ensuring coherent storage (e.g., wool with wool, crepe with crepe).
- Inform the fabric team upon receipt of materials and prepare samples for each new quality.
- Manage daily material flows using internal tools such as PLM, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Update records following each material cut or withdrawal.
- Process fabric cutting requests for prototypes and collections, and prepare materials for dispatch to workshops or manufacturers.
- Initiate and monitor trims, including linings, buttons, zippers, and other accessories.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and anticipate needs for permanent materials.
- Coordinate monthly shipments of outdated materials to optimize storage space.
- Provide daily support to stylists, developers, workshops, production, and customer service, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple urgent tasks.
- Attention to detail and perfectionism in quality control of materials.
- Capacity to quickly memorize and organize new materials.
- Organizational skills and a meticulous approach to material archiving.
- Reliability and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of PLM systems is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of textile materials, finishes, and trims.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.
