1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection while offering expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
4. Confidently process sales while maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personal follow-ups.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed all behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors, and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in accordance with guidelines from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a flagship store in luxury fashion is preferred.
3. Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Hardworking and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
4. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
