Givenchy Stock Assistant

1. Oversee the operational management of textile supplies and accessories, ensuring their reception, storage, organization, tracking, and availability for design and production teams.
2. Conduct quality control upon the arrival of textile materials and maintain meticulous records in Excel.
3. Organize materials systematically, ensuring coherent storage (e.g., wool with wool, crepe with crepe).
4. Inform the fabric team upon receipt of materials and prepare samples for each new quality.
5. Manage daily material flows using internal tools such as PLM, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
6. Update records following each material cut or withdrawal.
7. Process fabric cutting requests for prototypes and collections, and prepare materials for dispatch to workshops or manufacturers.
8. Initiate and monitor trims, including linings, buttons, zippers, and other accessories.
9. Conduct regular inventory checks and anticipate needs for permanent materials.
10. Coordinate monthly shipments of outdated materials to optimize storage space.
11. Provide daily support to stylists, developers, workshops, production, and customer service, managing multiple priorities effectively.

1. Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple urgent tasks.
2. Attention to detail and perfectionism in quality control of materials.
3. Capacity to quickly memorize and organize new materials.
4. Organizational skills and a meticulous approach to material archiving.
5. Reliability and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
2. Knowledge of PLM systems is advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of textile materials, finishes, and trims.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.
