Givenchy Senior Art Director

- Oversee the 360-degree image creation for Givenchy, ensuring alignment with the artistic direction and brand values.
- Collaborate closely with the artistic director to conceptualize and deliver compelling visual content across various communication channels, including institutional campaigns, editorial shoots, lookbooks, e-commerce, and digital content.
- Propose and brief creative talents in partnership with the production manager.
- Attend and supervise photo shoots and video productions.
- Manage the editing and retouching processes through to final delivery.
- Develop usage guidelines for partners, including retail, wholesale, and subsidiaries.
- Share seasonal concepts and themes with the visual merchandising team to enhance the in-store experience.
- Craft projects that explore new perspectives in fashion, extending beyond product-focused communications.
- Implement and oversee the creation of communication materials, including website editorialization, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
- Design seasonal communication tools such as lookbooks, special tags, templates, and guidelines.
- Drive the development and application of the visual identity and graphic charter.
- Adapt and develop a unique visual identity for social media platforms.
- Conceive and develop visual identity tools, including packaging, labeling, and stationery.
- Ensure the brand image is consistently represented across all events organized by the house.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 8 to 12 years of successful experience in a similar role within a creative agency or fashion house.
- Proficiency in directing and supervising photo shoots from pre-production to post-production.
- Fluency in English.
- Expertise in both digital and print media.
- Ability to translate the brand's DNA across all communication channels.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively convey ideas to the Artistic Director while adhering to commercial and marketing constraints.
- Extensive network of established and emerging talents, including stylists, photographers, set designers, and models.
- Comprehensive visual culture with a keen interest in luxury and fashion, as well as a solid artistic background in cinema, photography, music, and painting.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
