Givenchy Sales Planning Manager

- Set annual retail KPIs and break them down to region, supervisor, and store levels, including retail sales and ranking targets.
- Deploy clear monthly key focuses to the retail team on products and retail KPIs to achieve targets.
- Architect projects to enhance retail excellence.
- Analyze brand and competitors’ distribution evolution and performance across different channels.
- Develop distribution strategies and pipelines from city tiers to department stores and boutiques.
- Manage the retail matrix of channel differentiation, including offline counters, e-retail, and domestic airports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and drive profitability.
- Bridge field sales teams and HQ to optimize campaign and plan implementation.
- Manage bi-annual JBP Cycle and related support.
- Set up quarterly offline sales meetings for performance updates and best practice sharing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in direct retail planning and intelligence.
- Solid experience in a multi-cultural working environment.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese-Mandarin.
- Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good knowledge of retail management.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
- Drive for results and excellence.
Minimum of 5 years experience in direct retail planning and intelligence, with solid experience in a multi-cultural working environment.
Bachelor's degree.
