1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share detailed product knowledge.
4. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioural requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store is preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.

1. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
