- Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist them in selecting suitable products, offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
- Confidently process sales while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral standards, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Support stock control and management in alignment with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high fashion sales, preferably in a luxury department store.
- Experience in selling leather goods with a strong understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in high fashion sales, with a preference for experience in luxury department stores and leather goods.
