1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist them in selecting suitable products, offering expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
4. Confidently process sales while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral standards, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Support stock control and management in alignment with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in high fashion sales, preferably in a luxury department store.
2. Experience in selling leather goods with a strong understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
3. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
3. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in high fashion sales, with a preference for experience in luxury department stores and leather goods.
