- Develop and design CAD models in accordance with designer specifications using the MOZART system.
- Interpret and understand the requests of leather goods designers.
- Analyze prototypes with a view to future industrialization, collaborating with the Industrialization department.
- Study and improve production processes in synergy with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Manage technical relationships with the leather goods design team based at the Paris headquarters.
- Optimize time and cost efficiencies while maintaining creative requirements.
- Support the Industrialization department in defining industrial quality standards and validating master or pre-series.
- Research new technologies, reinforcement materials, and suppliers in line with brand strategies.
- Archive documentation supporting the process, including CAD files, technical sheets, and work cycles.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Technical knowledge of high-quality leather goods products.
- Proficiency in using CAD Mozart and interpreting patterns.
- Attention to detail and quality while respecting cost constraints.
- Commitment to achieving excellence in all product and execution aspects.
- Ability to anticipate construction and functionality issues.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Advanced CAD modeling skills, particularly with MOZART.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility for business travel, including international trips.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within the luxury leather goods industry is required.
