Givenchy Chief of Staff, Strategic Transformation

- Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Committee to define and prioritize strategic directions, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision.
- Provide strategic analyses and recommendations based on market studies, cross-functional analyses, and internal data.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor progress, and ensure team accountability.
- Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives, particularly key transformation programs.
- Assist the CEO in preparing for strategic meetings, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Optimize processes and operational modes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Anticipate challenges and propose solutions to remove obstacles for the CEO and executive team.
- Support the annual budgeting process in collaboration with Finance and relevant teams.
- Prepare and structure materials for key meetings (Executive Committee, Board of Directors, investors) and ensure follow-up on actions.
- Act as the central contact point for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring message consistency.
- Draft and oversee strategic communications, presentations, and reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and synergy among teams on transformation projects.
- Manage CEO priorities and facilitate Executive Committee meetings.
- Ensure follow-up on the implementation of strategic decisions.
- Synthesize Executive Committee meetings and disseminate clear, actionable messages.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the leadership and culture of the Maison.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in consulting, ideally with a focus on transformation or strategy.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives and top management.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to drive and lead complex initiatives and transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent collaborative skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Collaborative and positive personality, capable of working under pressure and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Integrity, discretion, and unquestionable ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, collaboration tools).
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- A demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury is a significant asset and highly desired.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
