- Manage shipping and receiving of merchandise and client orders.
- Organize stockroom and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure accurate packaging and wrapping of merchandise for shipping.
- Supervise UPS log and track packages.
- Arrange hand deliveries and report damaged merchandise to management.
- Arrange merchandise in the stock area according to store standards.
- Ensure merchandise is ticketed and censored as per company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership.
- Prepare store for inventory, ensuring readiness at all times.
- Build Inventory Adjustment Forms (IAF).
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating with clients for merchandise returns.
- Order supplies for the store and support operations regarding facilities and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock area.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- English language proficiency is advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
