Fendi Assistant Store Manager

- Identify, recruit, and develop talents, ensuring robust succession plans.
- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Provide consistent coaching to managers, identifying development and training needs.
- Support the Store Manager in performance management and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs.
- Propose and contribute to clienteling initiatives both inside and outside the store.
- Nurture and maintain an excellent client network in the local market.
- Collaborate with PR to ensure VIP connections and organize trunk shows and special events.
- Contribute to top-level customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Analyze sales figures, KPIs, and objectives, and execute action plans based on the market calendar.
- Ensure adherence to store merchandising guidelines and remain aware of market trends.
- Develop relationships with other Fendi Store Managers to optimize business opportunities.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, understanding client needs and market trends.
- Ensure staff meet company standards in appearance, selling ceremony, and behavior.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team and managers.
- Address and resolve potential concerns with leadership and authority.
- Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and manage inventory.
- Organize store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
- 10+ years of experience in fashion/luxury sales.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM, and retail tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to generate trust among co-workers and clients.
- Results-driven with commercial creativity.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years in the fashion or luxury sales industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
