Fashion Group Talent Executive

- Support HR Business Partners in recruitment processes, including sourcing, initial screening, interview management, and coordination throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide effective support to hiring managers, meeting vacancy fulfillment rates and time-to-fill requirements.
- Proactively build talent pools for key and evergreen positions in Southeast Asia, leveraging internal tools and expanding the talent database.
- Implement effective recruitment processes and best practices across the region.
- Diversify sourcing channels and talent pools.
- Track and maintain recruitment and mobility trackers and recruitment spend.
- Maintain an updated list of recruitment agencies.
- Drive campus initiatives and events in collaboration with local institutions.
- Plan and support campus resources and provide end-to-end support for employer branding campaigns.
- Prepare for program rollouts, including communication design, coordination, and logistics planning.
- Collaborate with the talent team to understand learning and development needs.
- Track training budgets and maintain training records.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities, including onboarding.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Track budgets for all employee engagement activities.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Degree in human resources management or related discipline.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and business-first mindset.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong English writing ability.
- Passion for fashion and/or luxury retail sector.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience is required, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
Degree in human resources management or related discipline.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.
