LVMH Technical Assistant Manager

1. Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user account management and group policies.
2. Manage Okta IDP, SSO & MFA policies in alignment with Group & CISO strategy.
3. Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Assist with the migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to Azure cloud platforms.
5. Support common Azure services, including computing, AVD, and networking.
6. Assist with VMware vSphere / HyperV environments, including virtual machine management.
7. Provide support for Dell hardware servers and storage solutions.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture and configurations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a related role.
3. Proficiency in managing Windows Servers, Identity solutions, and Cloud Platforms (especially Azure).
4. Strong technical skills in Windows Server & Okta administration.
5. Good understanding of cloud migration processes and Azure services.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering lead, or a related role.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
