LVMH Technical Assistant Manager

- Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user account management and group policies.
- Manage Okta IDP, SSO & MFA policies in alignment with Group & CISO strategy.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to Azure cloud platforms.
- Support common Azure services, including computing, AVD, and networking.
- Assist with VMware vSphere / HyperV environments, including virtual machine management.
- Provide support for Dell hardware servers and storage solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture and configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Servers, Identity solutions, and Cloud Platforms (especially Azure).
- Strong technical skills in Windows Server & Okta administration.
- Good understanding of cloud migration processes and Azure services.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering lead, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
