LVMH Compensation & Benefits Manager

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) matters with internal stakeholders, including Brand HR, Finance, and global teams.
2. Oversee payroll and benefits operations across eight brands, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
3. Safeguard data integrity and ensure all C&B processes are compliant and aligned with standardized operating procedures.
4. Manage external vendors, ensuring service quality, data security, and compliance with service level agreements.
5. Develop and execute tailored compensation programs that reflect the unique positioning of each Maison while adhering to Fashion Group standards.
6. Drive annual compensation review processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
7. Liaise with APAC and HQ C&B teams to share best practices from Japan and align global initiatives.
8. Monitor legal and regulatory changes in payroll, tax, social security, and employee benefits, advising each brand on updates.
9. Identify opportunities to optimize cross-brand C&B strategies and practices.
10. Prepare personal cost budgets in collaboration with brand HR and HQ.
11. Lead the creation and delivery of monthly, annual, and ad-hoc C&B reports.
12. Lead, coach, and develop the C&B team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
3. Deep knowledge of Japanese payroll systems, labor laws, and social security.
4. Experience in a multinational or shared service environment is highly desirable.
5. Proficiency in English and Japanese.
