Fashion Group Stock Controller

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs image and understanding the brand DNA.
- Maintain and operate an efficient stockroom to support the sales team in maximizing profitable sales.
- Ensure the stockroom reflects the brand image by organizing, managing, and controlling stock to minimize loss and maintain product quality.
- Drive product knowledge to stay informed about the entire product range, including care, availability, and after-sales services.
- Support the sales team by preparing products and advising on stock availability, assisting with shop floor replenishment.
- Ensure all products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored to prevent damage and maintain display standards.
- Conduct weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss and resolve discrepancies.
- Record all internal stock transfers accurately and manage stock movement between stores.
- Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage has occurred.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, monitoring stationary stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends, with a passion for Marc Jacobs collections.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
