Fashion Group Senior Manager, Portfolio Management Office & Governance

- Drive IT annual and revision project and budget planning cycles, facilitating sessions with CIO, CFO, and leadership teams.
- Create and deliver strategic presentations covering IT strategy, objectives, budget, services, and projects.
- Implement strategic KPIs to measure IT service and value to Maisons and corporate functions.
- Ensure alignment on initiatives through a stage gates process and orchestrate decision-making meetings.
- Manage the overall IT project portfolio, prioritizing work based on business needs and resources.
- Implement a standardized project life cycle to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality project delivery.
- Report on the health and business impact of projects and services to CIO and business executives.
- Define and implement IT costs tracking methodology and tools for comprehensive management and reporting.
- Deploy a Project Portfolio Management tool for planning and resource allocation.
- Support CIO in IT team evolution through skills development workshops and other initiatives.
- 10+ years in project portfolio management
- 10+ years in budget management
- 5+ years in change management
- PfMP Certification preferred
- Experience in a multi-brand environment preferred
- Stellar presentation and communication skills
- Strong program and project management skills
- Proficiency in French is a major plus
Minimum 10 years of experience in project portfolio management and budget management, with at least 5 years in change management.
Annual salary ranging from $155,000 to $175,000 USD.
