Senior Manager, Portfolio Management Office & Governance

1. Drive IT annual and revision project and budget planning cycles.
2. Facilitate budget planning sessions and project portfolio planning sessions.
3. Create and deliver strategic presentations covering IT strategy, objectives, budget, services, and projects.
4. Implement strategic KPIs to measure IT service and value.
5. Ensure alignment on initiatives among regional and central leadership.
6. Prepare, orchestrate, and recap decision-making meetings.
7. Manage the overall IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with business priorities.
8. Implement a standardized project life cycle.
9. Report on health and business impact of projects and services.
10. Define and implement IT costs tracking methodology and tools.
11. Deploy a Project Portfolio Management and resource allocation tool.
12. Support the CIO in the evolution of the IT team.

1. 10+ years in project portfolio management
2. 10+ years in budget management
3. 5+ years in change management

1. Stellar presentation and communication skills
2. Strong program and project management skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Salary range from $155,000 to $175,000 per year.
