Fashion Group Senior Manager, Portfolio Management Office & Governance

- Drive IT annual and revision project and budget planning cycles, facilitating budget planning sessions and project portfolio planning with CIO, CFO, central leadership teams, and regional business leaders.
- Create and deliver strategic presentations with the CIO covering IT strategy, objectives, budget, services, and projects.
- Implement strategic KPIs to measure the level of service and value brought by IT to the Maisons and other corporate functions.
- Ensure alignment on initiatives among regional and central leadership and teams by implementing a stage gates process.
- Prepare, orchestrate, and recap decision-making meetings with corporate functions, the five Maisons, and HQ teams.
- Harmonize and optimize recurring decision-making meetings such as business monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Manage and be the gatekeeper of the overall IT project portfolio to ensure IT priorities support the five regional Maisons.
- Partner with IT leaders on their portfolio to prioritize work based on business needs and resources availability.
- Implement a standardized project life cycle to secure delivery of projects on time, on budget, and with quality.
- Report on health and business impact of projects and services in portfolio to CIO and business executives.
- Represent the IT Americas department in the Fashion Group global SDM community by sharing project and service delivery performance and road maps.
- Define and implement an IT costs tracking methodology and tools for comprehensive management and reporting of IT run and project costs.
- Deploy a Project Portfolio Management and resource allocation tool for IT leaders and project managers.
- Coach and infuse project management and budget management culture and methodology in the IT team.
- Support the CIO in the evolution of the IT team by organizing skills development workshops, department meetings, and participation in store activities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in project portfolio management and budget management, with at least 5 years in change management.
Annual salary range of $155,000 to $175,000 USD.
