Fashion Group Retail Technical Project Manager

- Lead the definition and implementation of local retail improvement initiatives across the five Maisons, focusing on enhancing client and employee experiences.
- Oversee regional implementation of centrally developed point-of-sales projects, ensuring alignment with regional stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of regional project execution, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
- Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources to ensure delivery within scope and budget.
- Define and supervise overall budget for equipment, vendors, and services required for project delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive regional project plans, defining project scope and deliverables tailored to the Americas region.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Conduct detailed testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure user experience and performance of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with regional partners, including retail operations, finance, and store teams.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and knowledge base updates for onboarding and regional technical support teams.
- Provide post-implementation hypercare support to address regional issues and ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain retail lab environments in corporate offices for each of the five Maisons.
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert on retail solutions and applications used across the Americas.
- Configure and troubleshoot entire store systems, including POS terminals, printers, payment devices, and associated software applications.
- Investigate recurring and systematic issues, identifying opportunities for process and user experience improvement.
- Collaborate with central IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by stores, documenting bugs and usability concerns.
- Provide Level 3 support for retail apps and POS systems, escalating complex issues to central IT teams as needed.
- Hands-on experience with Cegid Y2 point-of-sale and mobile point-of-sale systems.
- Technical support experience with mobile devices and applications.
- Familiarity with basic network and printer configurations.
- Minimum of 5 years of validated experience in technical project management within a retail environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Technical expertise in Cegid Y2 and mobile POS systems.

Minimum of 5 years of validated experience in technical project management within a retail environment.
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
