LVMH Management Accountant

1. Execute month-end entries including prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets management.
2. Oversee monthly closings and financial reporting.
3. Post and reconcile IFRS16 leases.
4. Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts and conduct variance analysis.
5. Compile monthly balance sheets and liaise with consolidation teams in Paris.
6. Conduct thorough review and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
7. Input data into the consolidation and reporting package using the Group tool.
8. Analyze reports on cash flow, debt, and corporation tax.
9. Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
10. Prepare VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
11. Reconcile and clear concessions accounts.
12. Manage reconciliation and clearing of cash and credit card sales payments.
13. Provide operational support to stores and other Head Office departments.
14. Participate in ad hoc projects such as digitalization of petty cash and stock takes.

1. Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
2. Experience in accounts preparation.
3. Experience with VAT and corporation tax.
4. Experience in the retail industry.

1. Strong reconciliation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in UK GAAP and IFRS.
3. Experience with JDE and SAP is desirable.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive approach to challenges.
6. Ability to meet deadlines.
7. French language proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
