1. Lead learning and development activities for retail and corporate employees across the Maisons.
2. Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance skills, performance, and career development.
3. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
4. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective delivery and tracking of training programs.
5. Collaborate with department heads and store managers to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
6. Work with global talent leaders to understand and address development needs on a global scale.
7. Optimize talent nomination processes for Maison and group programs in partnership with LVMH Inc and LVMH House Americas.
8. Advocate for and place talents in appropriate programs, ensuring optimal learning experiences.
9. Coordinate with group learning partners to enroll talents in sessions and ensure thorough follow-up.
10. Provide coaching and support to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
12. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
13. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
14. Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, including coordinating the DE&I Committee.
15. Develop and implement monthly events or initiatives to celebrate diverse months and foster inclusivity.
16. Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on DE&I topics to promote awareness and understanding.
17. Support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by developing and implementing aligned programs.
18. Animate volunteer opportunities for corporate and retail networks in North America.
19. Collaborate with LVMH Inc. on CSR engagements, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
20. Organize and promote activities during Climate Week and other significant events to encourage sustainable practices.

1. B.S./B.A. degree or related experience required.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
4. Deep understanding of the retail métier and its unique challenges and opportunities.
5. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with experience leading DE&I initiatives.
9. Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and experience developing CSR programs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the retail industry.

B.S./B.A. degree or related experience required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
