1. Collaborate with the CIO to develop the annual and three-year business plan, budget, and IT transformation roadmap.
2. Establish initiatives and dashboards to monitor the progress of IT transformation projects.
3. Play a pivotal role in advancing the IT change strategy by conducting assessments and creating scorecards.
4. Evaluate the impact and value of the IT strategy through regular store visits and collaboration with retail teams.
5. Develop project milestones in conjunction with the Senior Manager of PMO & Governance.
6. Assist in preparing budget presentations to support business objectives.
7. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
8. Introduce innovative technology solutions, including AI, to enhance IT processes.

1. Master’s degree in Strategy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in project management, strategy, IT, budget management, or a related area is preferred.

Master’s degree in Strategy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
