Fashion Group HR Generalist

- Facilitate the implementation and execution of key HR programs and processes, including onboarding, organizational effectiveness, performance management, engagement, retention, and compensation.
- Resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with senior HR business partners, business leaders, and legal counsel.
- Act as the initial point of contact for employee groups, assessing needs and managing special projects.
- Collaborate with specialized HR functions to maximize the impact of HR initiatives.
- Manage performance improvement plans and involuntary terminations in partnership with senior HR business partners and legal counsel.
- Support administrative tasks such as file maintenance, HRIS updates, and organizational chart management.
- Explain company policies and procedures to corporate and retail employees.
- Support talent assessment and development, including succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of programs focused on workforce retention and engagement.
- Participate in internal resource groups and support related activations and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze employee data to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the retail or luxury fashion industry.
- Experience with HR processes, systems, and tools, including HRIS systems like ADP, UKG, or Talent.
- Familiarity with data integration from multiple sources.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
- Planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in the retail or luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
