Fashion Group HR Executive

- Manage HR operations for assigned fashion group brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania, including countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia.
- Provide HR operational support to HR Business Partners.
- Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including letter generation and benefits administration.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to regional or headquarters offices.
- Handle employment visa applications, insurance renewals, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with ordinances, internal policies, and procedures.
- Support internal mobility administration, including housing arrangements and relocations.
- Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal HR processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with strong data analytics and HRIS experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with a solid understanding of employment laws and payroll practices in these regions.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist role with a focus on data analytics and HRIS.
