1. Manage HR operations for assigned fashion group brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania, including countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia.
2. Provide HR operational support to HR Business Partners.
3. Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including letter generation and benefits administration.
4. Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to regional or headquarters offices.
5. Handle employment visa applications, insurance renewals, and audits.
6. Ensure compliance with ordinances, internal policies, and procedures.
7. Support internal mobility administration, including housing arrangements and relocations.
8. Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal HR processes.
9. Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

1. 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with strong data analytics and HRIS experience.
2. Knowledge of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with a solid understanding of employment laws and payroll practices in these regions.
