1. Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, maintaining a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
2. Lead by example, demonstrating role model behavior representative of the Moynat brand.
3. Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, provide training, and direct coaching in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
4. Foster a team spirit, manage, motivate, and drive the team to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency.
5. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
6. Supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
7. Oversee store operations, including daily reconciliation reports, bank statements, and sales reports to the UK Finance Team and Head Office.
8. Ensure accurate weekly cash banking.
9. Evaluate the performance of each Sales Consultant, providing constant feedback to ensure results.
10. Manage the day-to-day needs of the business and administration.
11. Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
12. Minimize stock loss through weekly inventories, bi-annual stock takes, and maintaining stockroom standards.
13. Develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales.
14. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and develop product knowledge among selling staff.
15. Stay informed about fashion industry and market trends.
16. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all visual guidelines.
17. Maintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times.
18. Enhance customer service standards to ensure world-class service delivery.
19. Build relationships with clients to develop loyal clientele and reach sales objectives.
20. Proactively resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
21. Motivate and develop Sales Associates in clientelling and customer service.

1. Experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment and managing people.
2. Relevant experience in leather goods or accessories.
3. A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on the client’s needs and experience.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
5. Understanding of retail KPIs.
6. Ability to effectively and successfully lead and manage a team.
7. Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen.

Minimum of 5 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment with people management experience.
