DFS Social Law and Employee Relations Specialist

- Advise and assist HR managers and operational staff on individual and collective labor law matters.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of employee representative bodies.
- Engage in the preparation and negotiation of collective agreements and their amendments.
- Ensure the proper implementation and compliance of company agreements, practices, and internal commitments.
- Organize and support professional elections.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation.
- Provide legal expertise across the organization, particularly in ongoing and upcoming projects and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of social documentation, guaranteeing alignment with legal obligations and best practices.
- Train, inform, advise, and support operational staff on labor law issues to promote compliant management practices.
- Support the company's growth and development as an employer by offering strategic insights.
- Manage labor disputes and pre-litigation in collaboration with legal advisors.
- Maintain a continuous legal watch to ensure full compliance with current legislation.
- Align company processes with social developments.
- Master's degree in Social Law (Bac+5)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
