DFS Sales Team Lead

1. Drive sales and enhance customer experience in collaboration with the Product Sales Manager.
2. Supervise, mentor, and develop a cross-functional sales team to deliver luxury service experiences.
3. Ensure team goals and objectives are focused on customer experience and productivity targets.
4. Manage sales floor visibility and staffing for optimal coverage.
5. Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager on staff coverage and scheduling.
6. Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
7. Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge among the team.
8. Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS requirements.
9. Provide feedback on merchandise strategy, including promotions and seasonal buys.
10. Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.

1. Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or service industry, with team leadership experience preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with various levels of personnel.
2. Outgoing and assertive personality with leadership and inspirational qualities.
3. Passion for representing luxury brands and products.
4. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

1-2 years of experience in the luxury retail or service industry, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.

Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
