DFS Sales Team Lead

1. Supervise and mentor a cross-functional sales team to enhance productivity and customer experience.
2. Collaborate with the Product Sales Manager to drive sales and improve team performance.
3. Partner with the Platinum Services team to elevate the customer experience.
4. Ensure team goals are aligned with customer experience and productivity targets.
5. Manage sales floor visibility and optimize staffing for effective floor coverage.
6. Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager on staff scheduling and coverage needs.
7. Encourage team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
8. Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge within the team.
9. Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS requirements.
10. Provide feedback on merchandise strategy, including promotions and seasonal buys.
11. Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.

1. Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, with team leadership experience preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with various levels.
2. Outgoing and assertive personality with leadership and inspirational qualities.
3. Passion for representing brands and products.
4. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

1-2 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably with team leadership experience.

Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
