- Coordinate with tour operators and guides to optimize customer flow and maintain the store's prestigious image.
- Offer concierge services, including transportation arrangements, product deliveries, and reservation management.
- Update and communicate store services, events, and activities to customers.
- Issue purchase and privilege discount cards, ensuring accurate customer data recording.
- Follow up on customer requests, including complaints and repairs, to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Parisian activities to meet customer expectations.
- Cultivate relationships with major Parisian organizations to fulfill customer requests.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and schedule guided tours within the store.
- Support Personal Shoppers in organizing private visits, events, and ad-hoc services.
- Participate in promotional and public relations activities within the store.
- Secondary diploma or equivalent, preferably in hospitality or services industry.
- Experience in similar roles or luxury hospitality is required.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proactive, agile, and resourceful demeanor.
- Strong team spirit and professional appearance.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers.
Experience in similar functions or within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
