3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance store performance.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
6. Recruit, train, and develop store staff to build a high-performing team.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
