1. Provide exceptional customer service at the cash wrap by greeting customers, offering assistance, and ensuring efficient transactions.
2. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the cash wrap area and ensure accurate operation of the point-of-sale system.
3. Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
4. Support sales floor activities by replenishing stock, executing visual merchandising, and responding to customer inquiries.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention standards and compliance with Coach's operational guidelines.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace.

1. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Proficiency in operating cash register systems and basic computer skills.
5. Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury retail service environment, with a focus on cashiering and stock management.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
