- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
- Engage genuinely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Conduct email and name capture, adhering to legal guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, including POS operations.
- Promote additional products and gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with management.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, adapting to product flow and sales trends.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers and team members.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
1-3 years of prior retail experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
