1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
2. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
3. Create and execute short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal performance goals.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
5. Analyze local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
6. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
7. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
8. Engage in cross-selling and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
9. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
10. Support store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
11. Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
12. Foster a team-selling environment and promote teamwork, trust, and collaboration.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour, compliant with applicable pay laws.
