- Assist the sales team in achieving store sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the store's visual standards and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Support the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of store events and promotions.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable at all times.
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
